a message from kirstie
Welcome. And thank you for the work you do. I’ve been a parent for 20 years through fostering, adoption and birth. I know how destructive trauma and violence can be when they enter the family system, because I’ve experienced their effects first hand. I know how powerless and shame-soaked parents can feel, and how contagious trauma is, not just within families, but in the institutions, systems and communities that support them. I also know how reconnecting with our embodied wisdom, can inspire personal and collective transformation. That’s why I bring together the wisdom of my teachers, with my experience, so you can invite a little more peace and ease back into your family life. Because you deserve it.
